Knole Park Golf Club seek a Club Operations Manager

The Club Operations Manager is an interesting and varied position offering the successful candidate an opportunity to gain broad operational experience at a premier private members’ golf club. This position is ideal for an aspiring Golf Club Manager starting his or her career in the industry.


To oversee the day-to-day operations at the club and enhance the overall Member experience. Lead and motivate Clubhouse team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service to Members within the food and beverage operation. Effectively manage golf competitions & events on behalf of Members including co-ordinating the club diary, tee- booking and on the day management including results & WHS administration.

Key Skills:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • An understanding of a traditional members’ golf club
  • Computer literate with experience of Intelligentgolf Club Management Software
  • Confident and positive personality
  • Keen and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ambition to succeed, willingness to work hard and a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Thorough knowledge of golf
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Innovation, creativity and attention to detail

As the golf clubs level of business varies considerably, there is a need for flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours, which will include weekends from time to time

Remuneration: The Club are offering an attractive and competitive package (Guide £30- 35k + benefits) commensurate with experience.
