Pollok Golf Club seeks a General Manager

Pollok Golf Club offers ‘Golf in Glasgow at its Best.’ It is a premium golf club offering the highest standards to its members on and off the course. It has a smaller membership compared to many clubs and this is part of what we believe contributes to be the ‘Pollok Premium.’ There is ready access to a golf course maintained to the highest standards and a club house that is warm and welcoming where members and guests experience the best of service and facilities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A deep appreciation of golf as a sport and the culture, values, traditions and expectations of a members’ club.
  • Experience of managing and leading significant systemic change involving operations, systems and people, within a committee-based organisation.
  • Network of contacts across the golfing spectrum and experience of marketing, promotion, business development and the ability to drive and grow multiple revenue streams.
  • CMAE MDP qualification and willing to undertake continuous development to remain at the leading edge of Club leadership and management.
